In The Event of charge back by a credit card or similar action by any other payment provider allowed by
www.alpha9.in, or other non –payment by you in connection with your payment of the applicable service/program or renewal fee or subscription you agree that for the product or service for which such fees has not been paid may be suspended, canceled or terminated by www.alpha9.in’s sole discretion, and you remain responsible for full payment of fee and any additional amounts owned by you.
Any attempt to charge back shall result in all collection fees, charge back fees, subscription fees and any legal fees DUE to

www.alpha9.in by you. We accept payments through Razorpay, UPI and all the other payment platforms in India.

There are no cancellations for current month /term and no refunds on all the products on www.alpha9.in
